1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ttlj Casino ("ttlj", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ttlj online gaming platform available at ttlj.cam and all associated mobile interfaces, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ttlj Platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on ttlj Casino, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where participation in online gaming is lawful.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded, banned, or had an account terminated by ttlj Casino for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, contractor, or agent of ttlj Casino, nor an immediate family member of any of the above.
• You are not using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity.

ttlj Casino reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. You are required to notify ttlj Casino promptly of any changes to this information.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or personal details — is strictly prohibited. ttlj Casino may close all associated accounts and void all associated winnings if duplicate accounts are identified.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account details with any other person. ttlj Casino will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your account credentials. You should notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of our compliance obligations, ttlj Casino may require you to submit identity documents (such as a valid Philippine government-issued ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. This KYC process is a standard industry requirement and is in place to protect all players.

4 Player Conduct

By using the ttlj Platform, you agree that you will not:

• Engage in any form of fraud, collusion, cheating, or exploitation of software bugs or errors.
• Use any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in a manner not sanctioned by ttlj Casino.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the normal operation of the Platform or other players' experience.
• Use abusive, harassing, or offensive language in any public-facing area of the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used by ttlj Casino.
• Misuse promotional offers, including through the creation of multiple accounts or systematic exploitation of bonus structures.

Violation of these conduct standards may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where applicable.

5 Deposits & Payments

ttlj Casino accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven. All deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits which may be updated from time to time and are displayed at the point of deposit.

Deposits are generally credited to your account immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider. ttlj Casino does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the account portal. Before a withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.4. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within one (1) to five (5) business days, depending on the payment method and verification status.

Withdrawal amounts must be sent to the same payment method and account from which the corresponding deposit was made. ttlj Casino reserves the right to apply a minimum withdrawal threshold. Bonus-derived funds are subject to the wagering requirements detailed in Section 7 before they can be withdrawn as real money.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered on the ttlj Platform are subject to specific wagering requirements ("rollover requirements"). These requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal can be requested. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the default wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount.

7.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ttlj Casino reserves the right to limit the availability of any promotion to specific player segments, game categories, or geographic regions. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per IP address.

7.3 Bonus Misuse

Any player found to be abusing promotional offers — including through low-risk betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay — may have their bonus cancelled, winnings voided, and account restricted.

8 Games & Fairness

All games available on the ttlj Platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo, and fishing games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness and compliance with published Return-to-Player (RTP) rates.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or game error, ttlj Casino reserves the right to void affected rounds and return stakes to the player's account. Any malfunction of gaming software voids all pays and plays for that session.

Sports betting markets are subject to settlement rules specific to each sport and competition. ttlj Casino's decision on the settlement of any betting market is final and binding, subject to the right to correct obvious errors.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits that restrict the total amount you can deposit.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the ttlj Platform — including but not limited to software, design elements, graphics, logos, game content, text, and data — is the intellectual property of ttlj Casino or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use ttlj trademarks, branding, or proprietary content without prior written authorisation.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written permission from ttlj Casino.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ttlj Casino shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

ttlj Casino's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ttlj Casino makes no warranty — express or implied — regarding the uninterrupted operation of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

12 Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

ttlj Casino may share your data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement, and fraud prevention agencies where required by applicable law. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers.

13 Suspension & Termination

ttlj Casino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or your account poses a risk of harm to the Platform, other players, or third parties.

Upon account closure for a breach of these Terms, ttlj Casino may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any remaining balance, pending bonuses, and accumulated rewards. You may also be prohibited from registering a new account in the future.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of KYC requirements.

14 Amendments

ttlj Casino reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or for security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may close your account.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, ttlj Casino reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.
